Skylark trading & contracting WLL is in collaborate with Bayanat Engineering Qatar (BEQ) and they are in partnership with SAAB systems USA, to upgrade expansion of Multi-lateration (MLAT) system for Hamad International Airport.
Primary scope includes design, supply, installation & commissioning of support services in terms of Antennae Connectivity, Data Connectivity, Power Connectivity required for MLAT systems and integration with existing MLAT system at HIA. 26 MLAT ground stations to be implemented at different locations inside HIA Airport. Fiber Optic Network infrastructure connecting all the 26 Nos of MLAT ground stations to the head end MLAT cabinet located at ATC building.
In brief scope includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of RF cables, Fiber Optical Cables (OFC) & Data passive cabling and networks, Power Cables, Lightening protection systems for individual ground stations, aircraft warning lights, Outdoor rated Batteries for UPS, Antennae Masts, Antennae Poles and it’s foundations, Subduct for OFC, Trench and Manhole works required for power and data connectivity.
